The baths are outstanding. The temperature is perfect. The outside baths are great. Amazing location and experience. There is a good range of baths. The nightly jazz concert is fantastic. The quality of the performances is very high. The best in Japan come to perform. The food is great. The buffet has an amazing selection. One of the staff members, Izumi, helped us find a clinic in Tokyo we could visit to see a doctor, and we appreciate her assistance.

Baths are like something from a dream - perfect temperature, beautiful views, the outdoor bath in the snow was particularly incredible. Staff are also extremely friendly and many native English speakers are employed for those who can’t speak Japanese.

An inspiring and relaxing stay, loved being in the snow while bathing! The shuttle bus was also a great service.

Very good hot spring baths and the hotel bus pick up from Karuizawa station is quite convenient.

The sulphur onsen. The place is high up in the mountains and is very relaxing and chill. The outdoor bath located a little way away from the main building provides a nice view and a nice hot soak. The buffet style meals are tasty and there are a wide variety to choose from.

The hotel is positioned in Manza. A very nice natural area. The smelly milky onsen was a great experience.
